Section 15
Implementation of Recommendations or Decisions
(1) The Commission shall send in writing to the concerned person, agency or official for the implementation of recommendations or decisions made in accordance with the Constitution or this Act.
(2) If written by the Commission according to subsection (1), the concerned person, agency or official shall implement it and inform the Commission.
(3) If the written matter from the Commission cannot be implemented due to any reason, the concerned official, person or body shall immediately inform the Commission of the reason.
(4) If information is received in accordance with sub-section (3), the commission may reconsider and decide on such matter and accordingly send a written notice to any person, agency or officer to implement any matter.
(2) If written by the Commission according to subsection (1), the concerned person, agency or official shall implement it and inform the Commission.
(3) If the written matter from the Commission cannot be implemented due to any reason, the concerned official, person or body shall immediately inform the Commission of the reason.
(4) If information is received in accordance with sub-section (3), the commission may reconsider and decide on such matter and accordingly send a written notice to any person, agency or officer to implement any matter.
